My experience at the hotel was a mixed bag. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the pool area was a beautiful retreat. However, the check-in process was a hassle, and I couldn’t get a straightforward answer about my bill. The dining options were limited, which could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it's a great getaway, but I left feeling somewhat frustrated, especially for the price.

The Ritz-Carlton South Beach has a stunning beachfront location that’s hard to beat with easy access to local attractions. While the rooms are spacious, our was not clean and took too long to be serviced. Service varied from attentive to disappointing, and the dining was quite overpriced for what we received. Overall, I felt more could be done to truly reflect the Ritz name.
